A high proportion of projects delivered by our team have been procured under a Design and Build arrangement, either as a one-off project such as the scheme above or under a collaborative Framework Contract or similar partnered approach where multiple schemes may be commissioned for concurrent delivery.
In addition, i4 Projects welcomes singular commissions too and with a strong team of multi-faceted design partners we have the ability to provide partial or full design services across the RIBA Plan of Work be that a one-off project, or as part of the beginnings of a long-term collaborative supply chain partner.
